German Shepherd With Puppy

This German Shepherd painting really makes you want to just lay down
on the grass and feel the warmth of the afternoon
sun on your face...
It was Fall, and my German Shepherd got to meet a new friend down the
street---a really cute puppy owned by some friends. So we all decided
to go take a nice long walk, which turned into a great opportunity to
take pictures. So this German Shepherd picture soon
was to become a German Shepherd painting.
This fine print should not only create a relaxing feel
when hanging in your home, but it should also embody
your love of the German Shepherd Dog.
In fact, it should bring out feelings of comfort and warmth.
It was an irresistible challenge to capture that inviting warmth and
deep Autumn colors. Just as the German Shepherd
in the Snow creates an intense sensation, so does this German Shepherd
painting.
Both appear extremely relaxed, but focused on something
in the distance. We're left to ask: "What ARE they looking at?"
At first glance, it looks as if they are distracted and will get up
to either greet or chase that very distraction. However, both German
Shepherds seem too relaxed in their demeanor, to even bother getting
up. So they lay there, merely looking in the distance.
While creating this German Shepherd painting, I tried to really pay
attention to lighting. The colors are deeply layered,
conveying to the viewer a warm and inviting appeal.
Actually, it makes me want to take a good nap! However, a good German
Shepherd painting should bring out several emotions
and make you really wonder what the subjects are thinking in the scene.
I think these German Shepherds are really enjoying themselves.
